By accessing and using Devachi POS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Use of Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
